• Musimagine allows users to record their voice and generate music based on reference tracks.

• You agree to use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Subscription and Payments

• Musimagine offers premium features through subscriptions managed by RevenueCat.

• Subscription payments are handled through Apple’s App Store, and their terms apply.

• You can cancel or manage your subscription through your Apple account settings.

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of any voice recordings and generated music.

• By using Musimagine, you grant us a limited license to process and store your recordings for the purpose of generating music.

• You agree not to upload any content that violates intellectual property rights or contains harmful or offensive material.

5. Limitations of Liability

• Musimagine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

• We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the app.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
